Celebrate/Sundays
As children of God, we must intentionally make time to remember His works, thank Him for His goodness and glorify Him in all we do. In every circumstance we practice God-centered worship, acknowledge His Sovereignty and give Him the praise He deserves.
Celebrate/Baptisms
Baptism is an OUTWARD expression of an INWARD transformation, a public declaration of your personal relationship with Jesus Christ as your Savior. It symbolizes your sins being washed away and you becoming a new creation in Christ. Romans 6:1-18
Celebrate/Daily Encounters
Daily Encounter with God is a time set aside each day to meet with the Lord through prayer, Scripture reading, worship and reflection. It is an opportunity to grow deeper in your relationship with Christ, hear His voice and receive strength and guidance for daily living. As we consistently seek God, our faith is strengthened, our hearts are transformed, and we become more equipped to live for His glory. Are you spending time in the Bible? If you are not, a great place to start is getting a study Bible. It gives a short commentary so you can better understand the verses as you read through them. We also have Right Now Media FREE to you! This is packed with studies, devotionals and much more for you to continue to learn.
Connect/Group
Life groups are smaller gatherings for fellowship and shared life. They don’t replace the Church, but strengthen it by creating intentional space for encouragement, accountability, and growth. Life Groups foster deep relationships that lean on Christ in love and truth, because we do not want you to live life alone. The best way to begin at SonLight is through Rooted.

* Rooted
Rooted is SonLight’s 11- week introduction to Life Groups that helps you connect with God, your church and your purpose, not just by LEARNING but by DOING.

Forged meets the third Wednesday of each month, beginning at 6:30, and includes a meal and fellowship together, a time of looking deeper into God’s Word, and the opportunity to share needs and prayer request.

*Young Adults
The Young Adults Community is a Christ-centered place for young Christ followers to have a place to study the Bible and thrive in a community of Christ followers. Every week we spend time together, read the Bible and pray for each other. We strive to point people who have graduated from high school to Jesus and provide a place to belong in the church, study the Bible and a group to call their own as they grow and find their path God has sent them on.

* Fireside Family Fellowship
Parents of children from birth to elementary school age meet the first Sunday of every month, immediately following service, for 1 ½ hours. After sharing a meal, childcare is provided while parents participate in a video study.

* Feast
This team arranges groups to prepare and serve a free meal to anyone in the community. It is served the third Thursday of every month, 5:30-7:00 pm.
Connect/Ministry Partner
Membership at SonLight is not required for salvation, but it is a way to join a local body for prayer and care, growth toward spiritual maturity, shared mission, mutual accountability. Why become a ministry partner? So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets. Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord. In him you also are being built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit. (Ephesians 2:19-22)
Connect/Discipleship
Discipleship coaching is one person intentionally investing in another to help them take next steps with God. Jesus modeled this and we are passionate about it. Coaching relationships are essential to spiritual growth.
